Cabana Santosha संतोष means "contentment”

Our first-born cabana, Santosha, embodies its namesake—a quiet, expansive sense of contentment. Tucked just behind the yoga shala, it offers views of the ocean and pool, with gentle breezes that drift through the palms.

Slightly larger than our other cabanas, it features a spacious bathroom, an additional sink, and a mini refrigerator for added comfort and ease. Thoughtfully designed and rooted in simplicity, this space invites you to exhale, slow down, and simply be.

Cabana Nalini नलिनी means “lotus”

Cabana Nalini is a private hideaway, sleeping two guests in secluded jungle comfort with partial ocean views peeking through the canopy. As the second cabana built on our property, its essence mirrors the lotus—rising beautifully in even the most remote corners of the wild. Bamboo Ocean View Duplex

Overlooking the pool, our Bamboo Ocean View Duplex offers two side-by-side lofted rooms that can be joined to create one expansive retreat—perfect for a group of four friends seeking connection. The space is designed to encourage community and shared moments, though it offers less privacy than our more secluded cabanas.

Each room is thoughtfully appointed with a king bed, a sofa day bed, and a private bathroom. Enjoy a bamboo hammock balcony, where the canopy of stars above and the rhythmic sound of the ocean below gently rock you to sleep. Whether you arrive with a group or as an individual guest, you’ll find a sense of kinship in these side-by-side rooms. For those seeking more solitude, we recommend booking one of our private cabanas.

Awaken to the strength and energy of the sea in the Shakti Room, where the power of the ocean meets the power within. We are pleased to offer a restaurant and bar onsite, serving delicious meals and refreshing beverages. Please note, outside food and drinks are not permitted on the property. Our restaurant operates with set hours to ensure a quality experience for all guests.

To enhance your stay, we promote eco-friendly practices—each room is equipped with cool water showers, fans, and no air conditioning. We kindly ask guests to bring their own toiletries and shampoo, as part of our commitment to sustainability. Please also bring a stainless steel water bottle to help reduce plastic waste. Body soap, linens, and pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-ins after 6:00 PM. As a small, intimate operation, we ask that guests be in their cabanas by 8:00 PM when staff leave for the evening.

Meal times are scheduled in advance and cannot be changed without prior management approval. Additionally, purified water will be charged to ensure quality hydration during your stay.

The Guru Room is a cozy and private retreat, ideally suited for retreat leaders, close friends, or special guests who wish to offer workshops or classes. With a queen bed and a peaceful jungle view, this room provides everything you need for a restful night after a day spent in nature. Located just steps from the pool, it’s the perfect retreat for those whose focus is on connection, collaboration, and sharing knowledge.

If you are a yoga teacher visiting from outside of Nicaragua and would like to teach at our sanctuary, please first obtain management’s permission. For liability purposes, there is a fee of $10 USD per person, which goes toward insurance, cleaning, and maintaining our yoga space and equipment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Shanti Room शान्त – “Peace”

The Shanti Room is our serene massage and treatment space, thoughtfully named after the Sanskrit word for peace. When you chant “Om Shanti Shanti Shanti,” you are calling in peace for the body, mind, and spirit—and that is exactly what this space embodies.

While primarily used for massages and wellness treatments, the Shanti Room can be transformed into a cozy single accommodation for group retreats or overflow bookings. It features a single bed and the same natural, tranquil ambiance found throughout the sanctuary.

Casa OM ॐ – The Sound of Creation

ॐ (Om) is the primordial sound—the vibration from which the universe was born. Casa OM carries that essence, offering a sacred and elevated space to rest, reflect, and reconnect.

Perched above the entire sanctuary, Casa OM is a fully furnished, lofted studio designed for couples or close friends seeking a longer, more independent stay. Originally intended as a larger cabana, its architectural evolution resulted in a home-like space filled with warmth, intention, and stunning views.

Thoughtfully designed with bamboo details and earthy textures, this studio features:
